Charlotte Ambrozek is Ph.D student at the University of California, Davis. As a Graduate Student Researcher, Ambrozek has been involved with projects related to food assistance policy and health in agricultural and rural communities. She studies participant and food retailer responses to WIC and SNAP program structure and policy changes. Prior to grad school she worked in Alaska Native communities on nutrition education. In Alaska, at Ilisagvik College, she was the Program Director for the Healthy Futures project from 2014 to 2016. She has also been involved in the Cornell Outdoor Education Alumni & Supporter and the Public-Private Alliance Foundation.
